Mindful Meals provides freshly prepared meals for pickup and/or delivery. Menu items, ingredients, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering platform.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access to the delivery location.
If meals are left unattended, Mindful Meals is not responsible for food quality or spoilage after delivery.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to:
dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish.
While we strive to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering.
6. Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, branding, text, and images are the property of Mindful Meals and may not be reproduced without permission.

missing items, incorrect items, damaged packaging

store credit, replacement meals, partial refund
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.
